October 2, 2008I love Halloween, always have, but this year I’ve gotten in to Sugar Skulls. And, I’ve been making them my way. My kind husband found a cake pan at PushinDaisies.com, and I couldn’t wait to try it out. I went with your basic white cupcake, and decided to cut them in half so that I could add icing in the middle. 
Here’s the finished versions. You’ll have to take my word for it, but they are yummy.
And, after some cream cheese frosting:
